Hi,
I have the same error on two sites using the Tower theme. When I try to update Visual Composer I get the error message:
Downloading update from https://codeless.co/tower/repository/js_composer.zip…
Unpacking the update…
Installing the latest version…
The remote plugin package consists of more than one file, but the files are not packaged in a folder. Please contact the plugin provider and ask them to package their plugin according to the WordPress guidelines.
Plugin update failed.
How do I fix it?
