When I downloaded the full zip file, I have the folie folder, but I don’t have the folie-child folder. What am I missing?

Then go to wp-admin > codelesss > Setup now > Select “Portfolio Product Designer” Demo.

Yes, you can do it. Use “WP Reset” Plug-in to reset then Install the demo what ever you like.
