I downloaded the last version 4.2.0 and in the zip there are diferent folders, one of them is: sliders_dummy_data – where i have to put this folder, i have tried to put it in the folder :includes>dummy_data>demos but doesnt work.

No no, to import dummy data just go to starter sites in your admin menu and there you will see all demos. Just click on import button on desired demo and that will be imported.
