  Love the theme so much! Wish I was able to edit it!
  
  I recently downloaded Remake and followed the steps over and over again when it came to installation. I followed the demo video until the Elementor plugin doesnt allow me to go any further. I have tried every possible solution offered and don’t know what else to do! My site is impresstheguest.com

  It seems that you are activated the theme other than the codeless Remake theme. So could you allow us to activate the Remake theme so we can work on the issue?

  1. Take the backup of whole website.
  2. Allow me to reset whole website.
  3. I will re-install remake and let you know back.

  Honestly, I would like a refund. I have been patiently waiting for days and my site cannot be down any longer, we have lost a major audience and time. A few hours doesn’t mean the whole day and I would’ve appreciated more clarity. The only thing that has been done to the site is a reset which lost all my data. So please, if I can speak to someone in charge because I would like a full refund for this theme which I will never be able to use.
