Unable to hide header page

  Hi,
  
  I can’t hide the header area on webpage (grey bar containing the page title on the left and breadcrunbs on the right). Actually only one page do not show the Header area, that’s weird. I would like to get header area disabled for all the pages.
  
  The Active Page Header Option is set to Off.
  Could you please advise?
