What does proper settings for header part mean? What settings are the proper ones and which values should they be and i can check and screenshot for you. Thanks
Can you please share your admin login credentials along with URL so I can guide in you proper way. Those settings are the ones which you can chose as per your own needs and those settings live under specular settings > header settings.
I can see your website having cache enabled kindly make sure you disable cache and check by removing all your browser and website cache it that solves the issue for you ?
I can still see js errors in console which are coming from your cache plugin and also essential elementor addons plugin having js error kindly avoid those errors and it should work fine.
Just to clarify, have you played with the code ? Because I can see few classes are missing. If you did nothing then it may be needed a theme update to make sure proper classes are there.
So, make sure you update your theme to latest version and check if that solves the issue. Because I can see few classes are missing in the DOM of your website. Also don’t forget to keep full backup of your website.
No code has been played with. The site is backed up nightly. I’ve just applied the update released today and the issue still persists. I’ve given you WP Admin login creds, please can we identify and resolve the issue as I have everything set as requested, updated, caching etc disabled and this is still an issue

Thanks for the wait. Well, our team just confirmed that this header is built with elementor header builder so in elementor builder we don’t have sticky header option yet. We will be adding this feature sooner in our update and then you will be able to get sticky headers even with elementor.

Very disappointing it’s taken us over a month to get to the stage for it to be realised that the template being used is one of your Elementor ones where in fact this doesn’t work with that template despite the options being there and it being known I’m using Elementor given you previously asked me to update Elementor plugins etc earlier in this thread.
I’m also very intrigued as to how “it is working on almost every where except at your website” as pointed out to me in a recent comment.
The thing is when a support person check things it do check for front end view and try to figure out stuff what is there. But when things take extra and deep level development skills then our development team checks it in more details to make sure they find the issue.
The thing is the ones we checked like in our demo where it is working they are made with older version instead of elementor so we will be adding this in elementor too and once there you will be able to use it.
