Help editing the Theme

  Hello everyone.
  I bought the FOLIE theme last Friday which is was supposed to come with 6 months of support.
  I can t contact support. They never answer my messages. Does anyone have an email to contact faster?
  
  Problem I am facing: I can edit the theme. After following the installation steps trough YouTube, the theme is activated but I can t edit it.
  There is no CUSTOMISE bottom up on the web and Page Builder is not working.
  
  Please someone could help me?

  I have tried your creds which you have provided us in another thread, those are not working.
  
  Its Strange Error coming with “NO”.
