Add VC Element bove Portfolio items

  Hello,
  
  I’d like to add a VC element above portfolio items. I create an element within Portfolio Page Template, but it is placed under portfolio items. How can I add this element ABOVE portfolio items?

  Hello,
  
  Sorry but that is not possible if you are in a portfolio page. To have this structure, add the element you want via vc and then the portfolio via visual composer element as well.
