  As we’re working on your site, we’ve just activated the main Picante theme instead of the Picante child theme that’s why you’re seeing these changes, but don’t worry, we’ll make it looks like before. Moreover, If you’re working on your site while we’re also then it’ll make things puzzled that’s why when we’re working site, make sure your site is at rest and no one working on it.
  P.S: Taking a site backup is always a secure and unrisky method. We recommend you always have a site backup.

  For Icons, sorry for the inconvenience but you’ve to add icons through codeless-builder as icons in wp-bakery not showing.
  
  For Elements, It looks like all wp-bakery widgets are available and no widget is missing there. Moreover, all widgets are working well. Please take a look at Test Page.

  Hi,
  It seems that your Codeless Page Builder working fine on our end. Moreover, the page doesn’t go blank and also changes can be made through it on the home page. Follow the steps if the problem persists:
  1) Clear your browser cache.
  2) Change your browser
  3) Change your device for testing purposes
  4) Send us a video or screenshots
  
  For icons, there are hundreds of icons available in Codeless Page Builder. All you need to do is to add an icon widget, select your icon, apply styles, and done. Your icon is ready to display.
