Sorry to say but it’s not possible, because at a time there’s only one event that will be done horizontal scrolling or navigation to the specific section. Combing both events will disturb the website layout or make things puzzled.
But in this way you’re saying that the theme is defective! It just makes no sense not having a usable navigation bar! What are people supposed to do, just going back to the homepage and scrolling over again and again?

Sorry for inconvenience, You cant its defect, its small issue in user experince, This is already highlighted to our development team, They will take care of this in next update.
The fact that development is taking care and fixing this is great, but it’s a big issue in navigation and user experience, I click on “contact” and I’m brought to a different section from the one I wanted. It’s a big issue, not a minor one. Imagine wanted to enter a bathroom from the living room and you have to get out of the house and do all the path again. It’s just not functional
