The position of the google map can’t be changed because it works with the footer only however you can disable this map from:
wp-admin > Appearance > Customize > Footer > General > Show Google Map
and use the google map widget and place the widget where you want to pace it.

2- You can’t change the location of the google map in the footer. If you want to change the location then it requires deep customization. Generally, we don’t recommend these types of customization.
