The change adds a text box.

  When I make a page change with “Edit with Codeless Page Builder”, the text box “3730” appears on the page. The more changes I make, the more fields appear.

    Hi,
    This is a very strange issue occurring on your site, but you can overcome it by editing the page using WP Bakery, and there you can remove the text field with text 3730.

  I left this text box on purpose so you can track down the problem.
