Change image hovers

  Hi there,
  
  I have the remake theme and needing to change image colour hovers on the ishmi home page. Does anyone know how this is done?
  
  Also needing to update the load screen, how do I do this?

  Hi,
  1- You can change the image hover color by simply, editing the page with elementor > click on the edit icon on portfolio section > in style-tab click Effect BG Color in the style-specific panel > there you can change the color of image hover color of your choice.
  
  2- You can change/update the loading screen from
  Wp-Admin Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > General > Site Options > Preloader Effect Style.
