Issue installing starter site

  Hi there,
  
  I read on envato that this theme supports multi-site (subdomains). I manually installed it via ftp and successfully network activated it. I went to the primary site and it activated fine, but I get an issues when trying to import a starter site.
  
  As soon as I click import I get this error:
  
  Something went wrong while installing the necessary plugins.

  I looked at the plugins and all are active except: Specular WPBakery Addons & Backward Compatibility. When I try and activate it I get this fatal error:
  
  Fatal error: Cannot declare class codeless_slideshow, because the name is already in use in /home/{removed}/public_html/wp-content/plugins/specular-wpbakery-addons/includes/codeless_slideshow.php on Line 3.

  The issue is you are using an older version of the theme and we have fixed that issue already in our latest updates. Kindly use latest version of the theme and plugins and it will work fine with latest installations.

  Kindly delete old plugin and then try to install new plugin. Because the issue you provided is older one.

    I went through all server config and don’t see anything obvious or out of the ordinary. Searching that specific error has brought me very limited results……

  When I went to the dashboard for one of the pages I noticed it said that codeless framework and codeless starter sites requires an update….to 1.0.4. It does not say this on the network admin page….
  
  I attempted to update the codeless plugin and it said it updated successfully, but now there is a new error when visiting the page

  Kindly note the error you mentioned above is already fixed in our updates. Just make sure you delete old plugin and then install fresh plugin version and see if that solves the issue. If you are unable to do from WordPress end you can install/update manually as well.

  I have installed and activated plugin for you and note the error you mentioned is that another required plugin redux framework is missing which I activated as well and there is no error at all.

  Last question for you – regarding registering the theme. I had thought that on themeforest it said the single registration code was good for multisite on same domain (including sub domains). It is registered and active on the primary domain, but not on the two sub-domains. Do I need a different code for each? If so, how do I go about getting that?
