Hi, I create a page on portfolio (https://biancanove.com/index.php/portfolio/ganesh). I have inserted the menu on the side of the ishmi page, when I save the page the menu stays for a while but then disappears, why?

The menu items’ color is selected to white due to which you can’t see them with white background.
So you need to change that color and also the logo for the header.
