I reopening this, since I haven’t got any reply.
There is a problem with Carousel feature in “Latest from Blog” block.
When the values is set on “Yes” the carousel doesn’t work and arrows are displayed somewhere else on the page.
Please investigate and I will give you login credentials. I have currently disabled the option, since the site is online.

Hi,
We are asking million times to keep single ticket open to get things done. You did not change that and that’s why it is taking time and if your more than one ticket will open that will be delayed because we have a lot of tickets of manage and every user deserves proper response.
So, we will take action accordingly to remove this but we don’t go this way. For your issues as we committed once your one ticket is open we will fix issues so as one ticket is there we are doing our part.

In addition, few months ago rules were differente. We were not aware from this. So, please be more transparent with forum rules because are not very clear at all.-

Then just check your last reply once again and you will see you mentioned for detail page not blog page. So, that’s why It is not done. I hope it is clear now.

I thought the translated string “On” would be reproduced on both detail page and blog page. I think I have my reasons to be unsatisfied with your support for all the aspects I mentioned before. Now, I’m trying to calm down and do the right things. So, I think we have to leave the angst beyond us.. I’ll change my review.

Hi,
As you are using an older version of theme and plugin it will take time. Either I have to check on my local setup or you can update your theme and plugins to keep to latest versions.
If you want to update make sure you keep your backups with you.
