I paid for a new Specular download even though I already owned it. I follows the installation correctly and all works however only a couple of Plugins were requested to be installed ? More importantly I cant import any dummy data, as I really want to use the Consultancy idea theme. Any help would be great as I seem to be going round in circles :)
It looks like the issue is belonging to your server make sure your server settings are as intended. Also update your hosting provider about this issue and they can fix this for you.
