I have test a shortcode on our theme and it doesn’t work, whereas it works on other themes tested.

it’s generated from our CPC plugin therefor creates content (regarding financial charges) which is generated onto a page. You can see it in action here https://pax.ie/charges/ whereby the shortcode generates a link in the bottom footer.
