I am working with a developer to setup my WordPress site with the Specular theme and Digital Agency Premium demo site. However, they stated the following:
“Hello, have so far imported everything ready, but the demo uses a start image or slider that is not there.”
How can I get this fixed? This is 4 weeks that my website has been held up due to Specular issues. Thanks.
Not sure what it entails actually. I just know that I hired a professional to set up the demo site and we’ve had all sorts of issues with this theme. Please help.
As mentioned in your other query there is some sort of issue in the demo data because a lot has changed in recent times code wise so we have to create that demo manually now and it can take time.
If you want to have refund you can open a refund request because we may add this in future updates but it can take some time as well.
