Sorry to mention but you will get your purchase code form your downloads page in themeforest account. And obviously your domain and emails are your own so we don’t trace don’t things.
yes i know which is my purchase code, the problem is that i reset my website and when I try enter the purchase code and mail show error:
“Code is already registered for other domain”
Kindly, just send me your purchase code here and we will reset that for you. I hope you got it now ? Because once we reset, you will be able to use it again.
