I’m waiting for replies about the opened ticket since one month!!

Kindly note, I have already mentioned that your queries are in multiple tickets which is against support policy. So, Kindly just open one ticket and all your queries will be resolved quickly.
As mentioned before only 1 ticket will be kept open at a time so make sure you keep one ticket open. Also I did a lot of beyond support stuff for you so we can take action against your review but we will not do so to remove your review.
Once your all queries are under a single ticket we will solve all queries as this is the support rule.
