      I’m sorry to say that I’ll give you as 1 star for bad support.
      I’m waiting for replies about the opened ticket since one month!!
      This is unacceptable.

          Hi,

          As mentioned before only 1 ticket will be kept open at a time so make sure you keep one ticket open. Also I did a lot of beyond support stuff for you so we can take action against your review but we will not do so to remove your review.

          Once your all queries are under a single ticket we will solve all queries as this is the support rule.
