I’m a technical newbie when it comes to importing wordpress themes and am struggling in moving the livecast theme over. Right now it looks like a lot of old headers and content remains on my site when I attempted to reset. See kpopcast.net.
Is there a best way for me to start over and make sure I’m importing the livecast theme correctly? I’m essentially looking to start over from scratch. I installed the livecast.zip 2.71 MB file to wordpress but I’m not sure this includes all the other livecast content in the 60+ MB zip version I bought from envato market.
Are you referring to the WP Reset plugin? I’m using wordpress.com for hosting so this isn’t supported.
Wordpress let me know that they could do a hard reset on their end but advised that I contact you, the developer, to make sure that I’m following best practice.

Actually, the demo we provide does not remove old content that is why it adds extra pages. So, if you want to keep your old pages you can just import and if you want to delete old content it is up to you.
