      Hello,

I’ve encountered something similar and was able to resolve it with your guidance.

However, on my About page, I am unable to set the background image on the column in the right hand column. I’ve verified there is no background color. I’ve tried different images with the same results. Can you please assist?

      Thanks!

      Hi,
You can add a background image on a column through
Edit page > Edit the column > Design Options > Background > Select an image > Save changes > Update > Done.
I’ve added it on the about page please check.

      Thanks,

      Hello,

I’m worried about how many inconsistencies there are with this theme. The other pages have this as a background in the column, not in the design properties of the column.

I have deleted the image in the design properties and am still unable to add the image to the column background. At this point I am deleting the About page and recreating it based on another page that is working. Very disappointing.

      Hello,

Thank you for explaining. I have a further question regarding the images. I’ve noticed that even though the column images are designated to “center”, the images are sometimes stretched or cropped. Is there a specific size that would work best in a row with 2 columns?

      Thank you

      Hi,
It may be due to the size of the background image you’re using. Try using the image with large size/dimensions.
If your issue doesn’t resolve with it, share the location where you’re using it on your site.

      Thanks,

Hi, sorry for the delay in getting you the information. Here are 2 pages where the images are blown way up, looking terrible.

      Hi,
Could you point out exactly where the images are looking terrible because on my end everything looks fine?

      Thanks,

      Hi,
Things you need to do for Background images inside the page content:
1- Edit the column on which you’ve set image the background using WP-bakery
2- Navigate to the Background options under the background image option inside the Design tab
3- Select the cover option from the select.
      4- Save Changes
      5- Done.

I’ve done the same process on the images inside the About page.

Things you need to do for background images on the page header
      1- Simply edit the page
2- Navigate to the General settings > Page header options > Page Header Background
3- Select the Background size “cover” and Background position “center center”
      4- Save Changes
      5- Done

I’ve done the same process on the Page Header image of the Grief recovery Method page.

      Thanks,
