Make sure all necessary plugins are installed. For testing purposes, deactivate all the extra plugins and activate them individually to check whether it’s a plugin that causing the issue.

Sorry for the inconvenience, but you’ve to upload the file manually on your server then link your podcast file to your site in order to play it.
You can also upload it on your site then add the link in the audio file.
