If you wanna use a responsive slider in your site then you’ve to select the “Responsive” option in the Layer slider and “In container” option in the row settings (WP-Bakery) and if you wanna use the full-width slider then you’ve to select the “Full-Width” option in the Layer slider, It’ll override the row settings in WP-Bakery.

I’ve added a custom CSS code, now you can select the responsive slider option and full-width row option. So the final slider will be responsive (not overflow) on screens. I hope It’ll fulfill your need.

WP-Admin Dashboard > Specular > General Options > Custom CSS Code > Line#13-16
