  HTML5 video background is not responsive and off-center. How do I make my video background responsive so it will be centered no matter the size of the platform it’s being viewed on? I know Rev Slider is an option, but it’s heavier than I want and I really just need a simple video background. Any suggestions? Theme is Tower.
