Hi, I purchased the Livecast theme on 2/1/22. Unfortunately, the purchase code I received for the theme is not accepted, and I keep getting an invalid license code message.
The Metabox tutorial says I should have received an email from them to log into their account. I received nothing. I cannot log in to Metabox. I’m perplexed. I purchased a theme I cannot use and premium support and have posted on this forum and the Metabox forum, but no one has replied.
How can I get help and the correct license key to work with the Livecast theme?

The Codeless Livecast theme comes with the free version of Metabox which doesn’t require any license key. To get the license key you’ve to buy the Metabox premium version from their site, then they’ll send you the license key to your email that you can further use on your site.
The premium version of Metabox has nothing to do with the proper implementation of the Livecast theme.
