Is there an easy way to edit the styling of the navigation menu or will I need custom CSS? I just want to center two menu items (instead of the default right-aligned) and then add a button on the right side.

You can create header as you want from the elementor. There’s no need to add custom CSS as you’re using Remake theme, in remake theme you can create your own header using elementor.
