Fatal Error on Theme Installation

  I am continually experiencing a Fatal Error Message when trying to install and begin customizing the theme. Sometimes I am told by my host:
  
  In this case, WordPress caught an error with one of your plugins, Template Library and Redux Framework.
  
  First, visit your website (http://elizabethr41.sg-host.com/) and check for any visible issues. Next, visit the page where the error was caught (http://elizabethr41.sg-host.com/wp-admin/themes.php?page=tower-setup&step=design) and check for any visible issues.
  
  So then even when I disable that plugin only – which your theme says is essential for it to run, then I have this on the front page of my site:

  There has been a critical error on this website.
  
  Also, as another sidebar matter, I had wanted to install a Child Theme for this initially, but was told I would need to pay a developer to do that. Other Themes I’ve purchased included a Child them with them. but now after 4-5 days of messing around with this, I’m ready to simply ask for a refund and try a different Theme.
  
  Please advise, and I do really hope you can help me.

  I’m not being able to access your Site-Ground account, they wanna send a verification code to your email to authorize me that would be valid for only 10-mins.
  
  Moreover, kindly share the WP-Admin credentials as well.

  Hi,
  Please check and let me know. It was just the redux framework plugin, you’ve to make sure the theme-required plugins must be active.

  Yes,
  They all were – again I’ve un-installed and reinstalled now several times. The thing is – when that plugin is installed the WordPress system is saying that plugin is the problem. either way though I get that Fatal error message.
  
  Please send me your email address so I can add you as a user and get you in there to please see what is going on.

  Hi,
  It’s about the cache plugin SG Optimizer that’s might causing the issue. Check your email account and first verify yourself as the administrator of your site. I’ve changed the configuration for testing purposes.
  
  After you verified yourself as the administrator, deactivate/activate the Redux plugin and check whether you’ll receive the email from WordPress or Not. Let me know if the issue still persists
