I bought the June theme for a client who had a very old version, so there were incompatibility problems with Woocommerce and other plugins.
Upon purchase, I uploaded the theme as directed in the documentation and everything was fine, except for the “Edit with Codeless Page Builder” option, which still doesn’t work properly.
The following errors appear when entering the Customizer:

Please login to your site, and downgrade the Kirki Customizer Framework plugin from 4.0.x to 3.9.1. Here’s the link to the Kirki plugin version 3.9.1 https://we.tl/t-XuSztOddH9
If you’re unable to login to your site then, try to rename the “plugins” folder i.e. “plugins-old” inside the wp-content directory through FTP/Cpanel. Once you’re able to login to your site revert the “plugins-old” name to “plugins”. Then delete the Kirki Customizer Framework plugin and install it manually through the above-mentioned link.
I already uploaded the version of the plugin that you shared, but there is an error that keeps appearing, and the row editor still does not appear, in fact, now the elements cannot be edited (I cannot change images, I do not see options to configure the grid of products, etc)

sorry for inconvenience – some time while supporting we dont know the behavior of the server thats why in very first message we always recommend to have all basic login credentials.
