Internal server error (and couldn't import a demo data)

  I tried importing the Tower demo data “AGENCY – LEFT (SLIDING)” but couldn’t complete it. Then I added the following lines on .htaccess as written in the previous thread;
  
  php_value max_execution_time 300
  php_value max_input_time = 1000
  
  I tried importing again but it stopped at 165% and didn’t seem proceeding and completed. So I clicked Reset All button, but then I can no longer access any page as Internal Server Error.
  
  This may be a rudimentary trouble, but I would be grateful if you could help me.

  Sir,
  Does Installation Failing is the reason to cancel the purchase. If so, I would like to advance help you to get install the theme.
  
  Normally, it doesnt happen – there is couple of reason that could be, I can fix it without any extra cost.
