Bug with tabs

  Hello,
  I have a bug on the tabs inside a page. When you click on the different tabs, it brings you back to the top of the page.
  Example : https://www.digilangues.fr/cours-anglais-a-distance-visio-conference/

  Hello,
  I just updated WordPress to the latest version 5.9.3 + added the latest version of Specular Version 4.2.5 + All plugins are up to date, especially js_composer.zip and I added specular-wpbakery-addons.zip.
  
  When I go and use the tab I still have the same problem : https://www.digilangues.fr/cours-anglais-a-distance-visio-conference/
  When I click on a tab, it brings you back to the top of the page.

  Hi,
  Please check and let me know. It’s the “Table of Contents Plus” plugin that’s causing the issue.
  
  I’ve disabled the plugin for now so, you can see the difference.
