It’s not about the slider, your slider image is not displaying due to an anonymous reason.
You can add/modify the slider image through
Edit page with Codeless Page Builder > Click on row > Design tab > Background image

You can access the Codeless Slider either from Codeless Page Builder or from WP-Bakery Page Builder. From what we’ve experienced, there’s an image element on the slider in which the image isn’t selected, we’ve removed it.

Currently, we’re not able to look at the shared screenshot. You can use the “imgur.com” or Google drive for sharing purposes.

The pointed elements on the image that you’ve shared are the images, not the text. These images are available in your media library. You just’ve to add these images there.

You can see these images through:
WP-Admin Dashboard > Media > Library

– For iframe, have you generated iframe code?

You can add the iframe for Google Map or for any other purpose by, using the Codeless Page Builder/WP-Bakery Page Builder “Custom Code” widget. Simply add the iframe code inside “Custom Code” widget and it’ll do the rest.
