Clean up tips after theme is customized?

      Hi,

Do you have any recommendations on how I can go about cleaning up my customized livecast theme and also making it more secure?

I ended up hiring someone to customize my theme and once he finished I noticed that I have a whole bunch of components (ex blog, template, heading footer etc..), plugins and published posts that are not in use and I’m not sure if I can delete them. Hence my initial question, is there an easy or recommended method for me to figure out what I don’t need and can delete without breaking my site?

      Thanks,

      Hi,
      Thanks for asking to us.
First of all – I dont what area or part of theme you got customization.
If you can give me details of customization – May be I can see and advise.
(Definitely, That’s not part of Support which we provide under Themeforest License.)

And there is no automated method available to check and Delete a part of theme without break.

Perhaps, if you had done customization from us – then may be we can offer something like that.

      Thanks,

I wasn’t aware you also did customization. I don’t remember noticing any mention of that when I purchased the license.

With that said, I wasn’t looking for anything outside the support agreement I was asking if there was any guidance possibly in the documentation offered that would allow me to understand the installed components of demo #1 as opposed to me having to go through every item at the time to figure out its purpose and whether I need it which is what I will do. My review of this theme will pretty much come down to what components I ended up using and how long it took me to figure it all out.

Thanks, you can consider my question answered.
