  I am trying to find this page to alter the order of the posts. (and the other category pages)
  
  https://dollar-law.com/portfolio_entries/catastrophic-injury/
  
  We want the order to be the same as what’s shown on: https://dollar-law.com/settlements-verdicts/
  
  Where do I find the /portfolio_entries pages to edit?

  Hi,
  Right now Default Order is set Date wise.
  If you want to have custom order then there is 2 ways:
  – Modify Date of each entry
  – with some custom plug-ins
  
  Organically, there is no function available for sorting in WordPress Core Function or in our Theme.
