Hello, “Specular” theme support team.
Yesterday I purchased second theme license – screenshot (https://prnt.sc/1_3t0n06Yus5).
3b584544-a62f-47ca-9ba6-b97b1787ad50 is just my 2nd purchased code.
But after theme activated, for some reason I have faced FATAL ERROR and couldn’t get wp dashboard anymore, so I removed this site completely, and re-installed new fresh WP site on the same domain (https://ketooficial.cl/).
But when I try to re-activate my theme purchased code on this new fresh site, it is saying “Code is already registered for other domain”.
I think this is bug. I didn’t use this code on any other domain name.
The problem was that I couldn’t de-register my purchased code before I remove the crashed site because I couldn’t get wp-admin dashboard. But is this the reason?
I think I should able to re-use the purchased code on the same website (https://ketooficial.cl/) because domain name is same.
Could you please give me any solution? It is very urgent for me.

Please let me know if you can help. There is no reason why my code should not work if the domain remains the same. This is something you should be able to help with (regardless of whether I have paid for extended support or not)….not having access to something Ive purchased is unacceptable.
