Hello,
We have tried installing the Folie theme and use the Portfolio Agency demo. We can access the back end, but the front end is just a white screen. This is a fresh install. Our server setup does have some restrictions on automatic updates and things like that, but I would think we should still be able to use the theme. This is a fresh install, PHP 7.4. The site is behind our company’s firewall so I can’t share the link.

I mean, the files were uploaded and the theme has been activated, but the homepage is not visible. It is just a white screen. There were no errors during installation. I have also tried to delete the theme files via ftp and reupload and the result is the same.
If I disable the Kirki framework plugin, the homepage will load, but it will not display correctly, as it shows all the shortcodes instead of what it’s supposed to show.
With debugging enabled, we also get a ton of errors in folie/includes/codeless_functions_backend_editor.php. It seems that there are a lot of problems with this theme.
I have access to the database, so if there is something that I can set that will enable Kirki to work, I can do that. But otherwise I think the theme may be defective and we will have to ask for a refund.

No, there is no way you can access wp-admin.
How do we go about requesting a refund?

Wow, worst “support” I’ve ever received. I would never recommend this theme. No attempts to debug other than asking for admin access I can’t grant.

I am sorry for this – Its just hitting blindly some where.
Lets give a try, we always try to resolve the issue but you can share with me recorded screen and plug-in page screen shot – Server configuration details might helpful.
There is a multiple possibilities – it could be server problem or installation issue or might be plug-in conflict with some pre-loaded plug-ins.Please read forum and other threads people are happy with our support.
We are really helping the people here but we also need cooperation from your side to resolve the issue.
