I have a new question (three in one):
—How can I apply the skins that are part of the theme?
—Can I apply one skin (in my case Koyna) for the home page and for instance Erzen for the portfolio page?
—Is it possible to upload and edit these skins with Elementor?

10 different demos are available

1: You can use whole page no problem. (skin means e.g. Hudson, Banas etc..)
2: Yes you can use Koyna as homepage and Ezen for Potfolio page.
3: all pages are editable via elementor.

I have already installed the theme but can’t find the demos pages at the Pages menu on the left, if you mean that. I just find the pages that I created.

I installed the ‘Installable WordPress file only’ at Appearance > Themes, and activated it. I also downloaded ‘All files & documentation’ at Envato, but only to keep them in my computer.

Now I can see several skins included in Pages, as well as pages to build some functional elements such as Cart, Header & Footer or Carousel. I will have a better look.
