After I recently set up the Remake template in WordPress, I started receive the following warning-messages:
“Warning: Undefined variable $request_uri in /home/.sites/327/site8607106/web/wordpress/wp-content/themes/remake/functions.php on line 365 Warning: Undefined variable $request_uri in /home/.sites/327/site8607106/web/wordpress/wp-content/themes/remake/functions.php on line 404”Additionally, the codeless page builder isn’t compatible with the codeless framework plugin. The following fatal error appears:
“Fatal error: Cannot redeclare cl_remove_wpautop() (previously declared in /home/.sites/327/site8607106/web/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/codeless-framework/codeless-framework.php:22) in /home/.sites/327/site8607106/web/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/codeless-page-builder/include/helpers/helpers.php on line 189”Wordpress is running on 6.1.1 and the PHP-version I use (and can’t change) is 8.1

Hi,
first of all thank you for fixing the displayed warning.
Two further things:
Firstly, the inbuilt wordpress customizer isn’t working properly. The following warning is displayed:
Warning: Undefined array key “kirki-” in /home/.sites/327/site8607106/web/wp-content/plugins/kirki/packages/kirki-framework/module-panels/src/Panel.php on line 86 Warning: Undefined array key “kirki-” in /home/.sites/327/site8607106/web/wp-content/plugins/kirki/packages/kirki-framework/module-panels/src/Panel.php on line 86 Warning: Undefined array key “kirki-” in /home/.sites/327/site8607106/web/wp-content/plugins/kirki/packages/kirki-framework/module-panels/src/Panel.php on line 86 Warning: Undefined array key “kirki-” in /home/.sites/327/site8607106/web/wp-content/plugins/kirki/packages/kirki-framework/module-panels/src/Panel.php on line 86Secondly, I purchased the theme on themeforest. There you state that premium plugins like Visual Composer. Sadly, it’s not added in the โincluded pluginsโ-folder of the theme. Is there a plausible reason for that?

Hi,
sorry to inform you, but those are hugely different page builders :)
As you can read on https://visualcomposer.com/visual-composer-vs-wpbakery-review/ the main difference is: “The key difference is that Visual Composer Website Builder is a fully-fledged website builder which means that you can create an entire website. But with WPBakery Page Builder you an edit only the content area of your pages.” (quote from the Visual Composer official website)Regards

Hi,
wouldn’t it make more sense to include the premium version of Elementor with the purchase if using Visual Composer is not recommended? I would be very grateful to receive one of the two premium plugins, since Themeforst clearly advertises that premium plugins are included with the purchase. Among them Visual Composer. However, if it makes more sense to use Elementor, the premium version of Elementor would also be okay for me.
Thanks

Hi,
You state that you guys are always up to date and update regularly. However, on the Themeforest page it says that your theme only works with WordPress 6.0.x, which is why we downgraded our current installation from 6.1.1 to 6.0.3. For security reasons I consider this quite inconvenient. But if you say you’re up to date, your theme should work with the 6.1.1 version as well, shouldn’t it? And if that’s the case, I’d be interested to know how you fixed the problem with the first error message, so that we can repeat the fix if necessary. I would love it if we could work with the latest wordpress version for various security reasons.

Hi,
I noticed that there is a php-warning when editing the featured picture in portfolio items.Displayed warning:
“Warning: Undefined array key “bfi_thumb” in /home/.sites/327/site8607106/web/wordpress6-1-1/wp-content/themes/remake/functions.php on line 1171″ -

Hi,
the warning is displayed after I added my image and updated the portfolio item.
Thanks… -

Hi,
it worked, thank you. One further question: do all the fixes you have made to our theme so far stay when we apply the new update to the theme? I saw that there is a new update for the theme. However, I do not want to risk all the fixes being gone again.
thanks

Hi,
okay, thank you!
I am looking forward to any updates. Until then, I will wait with the update of the theme.Regards

Hi,
I have another question regarding loading times. Since we installed the theme, the loading times have increased immeasurably. Especially with the browser “Firefox” it can come to waiting times of several minutes despite refreshing the cache. Is there a solution for this?
Thanks

Hi,
that seems to have worked, thanks! Unfortunately, there is already another problem: it seems not to be possible to add fonts via FTP but also not via a plugin. The fonts “ngosngos” and “benzinova” are in the fonts folder and added to the style.css. But after that did not seem to work, we removed it from the css file again. Do you know why that is not working?
Thanks

Hi,
thank you so much for the video! Unfortunately, I do not have a “Theme File Editor” under “Appearance”. Is that a plugin? Furthermore, the codeless default fonts are also not displayed in Elementor. Is there a workaround for that?
Thanks
