I have been working on this for the last 24 hours!

I didn’t create a new post like you requested, I posted on someone else’s post and no one answered me!

I can not upload the specular theme via my wordpress dashboard. I can upload the theme by FTP. However when I go into the themes, I get a message that the theme is broken:

The following themes are installed but incomplete. Themes must have a stylesheet and a template. Specular Stylesheet is missing.

I have tried multiple times to do this, once it appeared to work via FTP, however when I tried to activate and install demo it hung at 65% (much like a number of other users have experienced). There is no communication on your forum howe to fix this error or what is causing it…

I have tried uploading on Chrome, Firefox and IE. I have now rebuild my server 3 times. I have downloaded the theme from themeforrest 4 different ways and zipped, unzipped, rezipped more ways and times than I can think of!!!

I still can not get your theme to work! No one responded to me on the other topic… As I said, I have been working on this for the past 24 hours! Not only is this extremely frustrating, I don’t have this time up my sleeve at the moment.

Can you please organise to refund me my payment so I can buy anther theme that works?

PS It’s a pity, I really liked your Specular theme…
