The message form is not working for me. I am not able to see responses as they are submitted. Where do these responses live?

I get a blank email once I hit send message from the above page that says the following:

From: [your-name] <[your-email]>
Subject: [your-subject]

Message Body:
[your-message]

I need to be able to see these messages.
