I left a comment on the theme forest support forum.

Having a problem uploading the theme to my wordpress.

I contacted GoDaddy who I registered my domain with they said they couldn’t help.

When I press install theme it just takes forever to load then doesn’t and freezes, what’s the problem?

I’ve downloaded themes before and this has never happened. I’m a digital marketing consultant using your theme for the first time – not impressed by the upload to wordpress difficulty! Seems like other people are having the problems too.

Any help would be appreciated.

It must be any issue related to host. Our theme doesn’t have issues with the installation, we have tested it multiple times. We have many happy clients.

If you can give us admin credentials we will check what’s the issue and provide you a solution.
