In the demo of the Tower theme you can select departments for which the team members work. I do not have the selection buttons on the teams page on my site. How do I create those selection buttons?

I like the options of Portfolio (photos bouncing up when hover :-) Can’t give you FTP credentials but I do want to use the selection of the categories
