I would like to ask for assistance with the Purchased Theme from my employer. The Theme is LIVECAST THEME by Codeless. After installation of the Parent and Child Theme, the whole demo data is not showing when visiting the site.
And when I tried to Import Data, it says IMPORT FAILED. I Have screenshots of the issue, and I am hoping that this problem could be fixed because I cannot find any solutions in the documents provided or here at the forum. Thank you!
