I am installing the theme on our live site. I clicked on set up after uploading the themes and it has said “installing plugins” ever since. That’s over an hour.

At the same time I created another test site and did the same and it seems to have finished and asked to import demo data.

The one that is still saying installing plugins is being done in Edge. The other in Firefox. How long should it take to do this install?
