I have the same problem, started to rebuild the website since my php version was old. I have just recreated this website and got stuck with this update.

So after trying to reinstall Specular theme, I am asked to add the required plugins for Specular there, but Codeless Framework cannot be updated to 1.0.7, one time when it was successful it then threw a critical error.

Codeless framework unable to update 1.0.7 and cannot continue installing the Theme.
Theme Version: 4.2.8
Wordpress 6.2
php version 8.2
