Hi there
Firstly let me say that I love the Tower theme – it has been a breeze thus far, and fun to explore what can be done with it.
I am building a simple website with Tower theme and can’t seem to get the main menu to work. It keeps resetting to a default menu, which I can’t find in the menu options. I’ve tried changing menu settings under “Appearance” as well as on the customizer. Once, after I had changed it here, it showed that my menu had been installed in the correct place, and then somehow went back to default, even though I had saved! I think I have tried everything. Please assist?
Here is my site: https://www.georgiechennells.com/
Thank you :)

Hi Mihaila,
Thanks for your assistance. I tried following the instructions but there is no “<span style=”font-size: 9.5pt; font-family: ‘Arial’,’sans-serif’;”> <strong style=”box-sizing: border-box;”>Install Themes” </span>button (as per Step 2 on the Theme Installation instructions). Is there another way to solve this problem?
Many thanks

Hello,
Please follow the instructions:
1-Unzip the folder you downloaded from your Envato account.
2-Find inside it the ‘tower’ folder, zip it.
3-Go to Appearance > Themes > Add New > Upload theme;
4-Upload the zipped ‘tower’ folder;
5-Activate it!
Let us know if you need further assistance.Best regards!

Hi Mihaila,
Thanks for that advice. Unfortunately when I try and install the new menu it uploads it (showing me 65%… 83%… 95%…) and then cuts out, with this WordPress Failure Notice:
Are you sure you want to do this? Please try again.
I have now done this 3 times, with no change.
Could you please assist? I am really stumped as to why this is happening and need to get my site complete ASAP.
Many thanks
Georgie

Hello,
Maybe you don’t have enough memory, or have execution time limits set on host. Try to upload it via ftp. Copy the folder ‘tower’ at /wp-content/themes/.
Best regards!

Thank you, I reinstalled and I have started compiling from scratch again.
