Envato WordPress Tool Kit Error

 Like the theme but I’m getting this error and it has totally broken WordPress:
 Fatal error: Class ‘Envato_WordPress_Theme_Upgrader’ not found in /home/zsboyd/public_html/brianboyd.org/wp-content/themes/specular/functions.php on line 355
 
 This is on a clean WordPress 4.1 install. I have uploaded Specular via FTP, activated it then install the plugins and activate them. Everything seems fine but when I enter my ID and API key from Themeforest WordPress breaks.
 
 Any Suggestions?

 Have installed the latest version of the theme?
 
 Also please try to install the plugin if you can access the wp admin.
 
 If this is not possible we will launch a new update today to fix it immediately.

 I’m having a similar issue – I’m unable to access wp-admin. Please advise!

 After installing 1.2.1 I still have a problem with the plugin. After putting in my envato credentials including the API code the page goes blank!

 Please send to me your ftp credentials to solve this issue manually, you can’t wait for the update.
