How to create videos for social media

Is there a way we can edit the blog post template so we can amend these headers and potentially footers in the future?

We have tried adding header assets to the individual blogs the same way we do to pages, via the Page Header Options, but it has not worked.

Note that I’ve not tried a Codeless Slider but I will now.
