License code is already registered for other domain but the domain was reset

deregister a license

  I deleted the old staging site domain with the license key of my theme in it, now I tried to install the same theme to my new domain website but it says that I can’t use the license key since it’s already been registered with the old domain already. It just says “License code is already registered for other domain”.
  Please help I can’t access anymore the old domain/website because it was reset and deleted already so I cannot deregister the theme license code :(

  hi,
  when you bought the theme you will get a zip file of the theme.
  Then after downloading extract that file, inside of which you will find a zip file of name specular.
  After that go to your site Appearence > Theme > Add New > Upload
  and upload that zip file which name is specular.
